Stepped up from adjoining properties to right; towards the upper end of the High Street. After 1805 and shown on John Wood's 1834 map; built for David Hughes on the former Maes Glas Common leased from the Bishop. 3-storey, 2 + 3 window scribed render front, the left hand part of which is slightly lower and shallower; slate roof and end chimney stacks. Small pane sash windows. Entrances to the centres of both parts of the front; the main entrance has a plain timber porch and pilasters to 4-panel door; modern 6-panel door to left. Attached at left and slightly advanced is a 2-storey former coach-house/stables. Double boarded doors also to loft with bracket gabled winch cover.
